Jessica Persad, a medical readiness officer with the 103d Medical Group, stands behind a U.S. Army medical provider while working at a medical clinic in American Samoa on Aug. 20, 2025. Persad was the officer in charge of the 103d Medical Group members who helped operate a 10-day clinic that offered a full range of medical services to civilians in American Samoa.
