PHOTO ESSAY: Nourish My Soul, Jr. Chefs

Founded in 2018, the Jr. Chef Boot Camp provides cooking lessons for the children of service members in Connecticut. The boot camp was the first culinary arts program to be awarded a grant by the Hartford Arts Council when it began in 2018. The goal of the boot camp is to teach children healthy cooking and eating habits before they reach adulthood. The boot camp concludes with a cooking competition.
