JISCC systems

Army National Guardsman, Staff Sgt. Ted Sevigny, Joint Forces Headquarters, Hartford, Connecticut, connects a laptop to the Joint Incident Site Communication Capability (JISCC) system during the June 5, 2008 deployed training exercise at Camp Rell, Niantic, Connecticut.
