Checking Satellite Connectivity
Tech. Sgt. Louis Manfredi, firefighter, 103rd Civil Engineer Squadron, uses his skills earned in his previous work as a communications specialist with the 103rd Communications Squadron to check the status of satellite connectivity Tuesday, January 20, 2009, in support of the Presidential Inauguration. The Connecticut National Guard deployed 12 personnel to Andrews Air Force Base where they supplied a full spectrum of communication services to Joint Task Force District of Columbia.
