Contractors from LaFramboise Well Drilling, Inc. work at drilling the initial holes of a geo-thermal unit for building 22 at Bradley ANG Base, East Granby, Conn. June 2, 2009. This geo-thermal unit is one of 11 being installed under the Department of Energy’s energy and improvement program. The Conn.
