It's official, disabled Vet receives new home

Kent Hicks, general contractor and owner of Hicks Construction, congratulates Army Sgt. Peter Rooney after presenting him with the certificate of occupation March 13, 2010, in Worthington, Mass. signifying that the new, specially-adapted home provided by Homes for Our Troops was now officially Rooney’s.
